Consecutive interpreting
The consecutive interpreter stays next to the speaker, follows the content of the conversation, takes notes from which he translates on a deferred basis, summarising the substance of the speech. This technique is mainly used if the participants aren’t too numerous and need to translate speeches that aren’t too long in places that aren’t equipped for simultaneous interpreting.
Simultaneous interpreting
In simultaneous interpreting, the interpreters listen to the speaker’s speech through headphones and translate it into a microphone. Spectators of the conference will receive simultaneous translation via headphones.
Remote interpreting
Remote interpreting is an interesting evolution of interpreting, which was made possible only with the widespread use of the fast Internet. Today, video conferences for two or more participants can be organised easily over the Internet using various programs and tools
